It's speculated that the Definitive Edition will come with the yet-to-be-released S3 character. So, this may be hinting at the end of S3.

But seriously what happened to the teaser image they originally showed? It had a medusa type character, an archer, and a two headed cyclops thing. Is none of that happening now?

Good question. I assumed the two headed thing was Eyedol. This season's characters have been:

- Kim Wu
- Tusk
- Mira
- Gargos
- Rash
- Shadow Jago
- Arbiter
- General RAAM

Am I missing anyone? I'm honestly really happy I didn't pick up this season because the only character that interests me is Tusk. 3 guest characters in one season is a bit much. Although I get it - any other characters they add (save Eyedol) would be completely new, as there aren't any characters left from the old games to add at this point.

I don't think that Shadow Jago counted as a character released specifically for season 3. That is why there is still a final mystery character yet to be revealed.
