IT all depends on what move, scorpions teleport is -23 on block and Kenshi's F3 is 14f Start-Up so yes he can punish a blocked teleport with F32

maybe I'm really bad but I could not punish scorpions teleport to save my life with f32

man and kenshi has SUCH a hard time trying to do ANYTHING vs half the cast. They are just pressing buttons and im blocking all day and when i try to poke I still get beat out. my normals are butt
