#1. Take away his OP mixup game. I don't want to walk through the death traps of Kano's knives just to get scrubbed out by OP rushdown 50/50s.
Suggestion: Make B2 33 frames instead of 23 (LBSH no one can react that fast). Make F3 37 frames. There needs to be a gap between the frames for it to be a non-braindead guessing game.
#2. Take out his knives/ball mixups. I'm not trying to jump the leap of faith just to get hit in the face by a flying man rolled up in a ball.
Suggestion: Kano can only roll on the ground. Knives do .07% chip damage.
#3. Choke pressure is OP. -1 is too strong.
Suggestion: I won't go crazy with this one because it's his main source of pressure. I'd say -2 or -3 would be fine with no pushback.
#4. For the love of god nerf upball!
Suggestion: Whiffs on crouching opponents, ball roll animation on stand block.
#5. Nerf Ex knife damage.
Suggestion: Ex knives no longer do more damage than regular knives. They should just have a bigger hitbox.

#6: Kano's X-ray should not be in the game. It breaks the rules of fighting games. You get punished for blocking! WTF!
Suggestion: No more armor and have it do 29% damage tops. If you keep the armor, increase the startup by about 24 frames.

#7. Kano is a sore sport in both winning and losing. His spitting animation and "Bitch!" battle cry enforce bad sportsmanship to its viewership and can lead to drug use (possible other criminal activities). People can argue that this game is M for mature, but LBSH, the audience range is spectacular.
Suggestion: Take out his spit animations and "Bitch!" battle cries. Instead, replace them with "Are you okay?" and "Doody head."
