The problem for me is dabblers who only know upball, knives, and that he has a good X-Ray.
The issue is that the dedicated Kano knows these moves better and more...well, intuitively than they do. So there's no need to do anything but out-knife and out-upball (while jumping the X-Ray they're always so eager to throw out) to beat them.
If they at least tried some mindgames it would be a different story.
