Its boring and linear in my experience lol. I always cringe at character select when they pick Kano after I do.

Naah. Just remember to block those wake up balls and it's not so bad. Sub Zero mirror matches on the other hand make me want to head butt the floor.

The problem for me is dabblers who only know upball, knives, and that he has a good X-Ray.

The issue is that the dedicated Kano knows these moves better and more...well, intuitively than they do. So there's no need to do anything but out-knife and out-upball (while jumping the X-Ray they're always so eager to throw out) to beat them.

If they at least tried some mindgames it would be a different story.
