In the Kabal mirror match I think Mean Streak beats Clean Cut 6-4 lol. There's not much you can do against the straight air buzzsaw if you don't have it yourself as well.

Db4 can punish from a close to medium range, and if they have no def bar then they can get launched for like 46 to 50 lol.
Even once the kb is gone you can still get a 10 to 15% punish.

A tip for fighting Jax I just discovered.

His Fatal Blow is -22 on block and has a decent pushback. I noticed that the pushback depends on how far you are from Jax once the hit meets your block: the closer the closer. So sometimes you can reach him with B12 starter but sometimes it whiffs.

I found out the best option after you block his Fatal Blow is DB4. If lands and you get KB from punish so don't hesitate to amplify.

My hardest match up iv'e had with Kabal so far is Noob. B1 1+3 just destroys kabal. Unless there is some secret way to punish it Noob gets to run free. I'd love advice for the Kabal v Noob MU.

Block ducking against Noob works wonders for me. Be patient, wait your turn and punish.

So many Raijin Raidens these times, here's something handy:

You can neutral duck last spark of his Storm Cell DB2 and get full combo punish. It has 35 frames of recovery while our beloved DB4 has 16 frames on start-up.
