did 21f2, 44, exflip always do 37%?

edit: nvm i missed the f4 in the beginning.

I find that 37% combo is really difficult to do. Namely,

BP, FP, F+BP, dash, F+FK, dash, BK, BK, flip kick or E Flip Kick

The F+FK has more range than it lets on, but being a forward direction, it's tricky, plus I have to dash cancell out of it also.

Any pointers?
