Question is 2,1 JIP or 21 en fan cancel JIP able to loop?

I was fighting this person with an ass connection online, they did 2,1, jump in 2,1 fan cancel JIP 2,1 fan cancel jump in one after another they did this 3 times in a row to finish a round and it gave them a 46% combo. Is that even possible or just bullshit logistics because of massive delay? I can't seem to do it in training mode but I don't play Kitana so I can't use her crap right.

Well the odd part was that it looked like he wasn't doing a fan cancel on the third jump in he hit just a 2,1 jump in. , I dunno it was laggy as fuck I couldn't tell what was going on half the time.

Yeah you can loop strings into ex fan and by the time you get to the real combo part of it you're only adding like 10% more damage lol
