In every interview that Ed Boon has had he is asked one final question during the interview and that is, "so, when's it come out?". All we have been able to get from him is '2013' or by December 31st 2013... however, we may be able to narrow the release down a little more by the recent games list that has been revealed for the Wii U. If you didn't know already, Injustice will be coming out for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the Wii U next year so this definitely helps.
IGN posted a video a few days ago featuring the games line-up for the Wii U from November 18th till the end of March... and Injustice is not one of the titles featured. View the game line-up video here.
We also know that Ed Boon and team have made it clear that they are aiming Injustice at not only the casual player, but also, especially the 'EVO' players. An early sign of this from the players that were able to play the game were reports of 'in-game frame data'.
