That's animal abuse call PETA. DC had a villains month event, the heroes' issues got replaced by villains, batman 23 for example has 23.1 (joker), 23.2 (riddler), 23.3 (something), 23.4 (bane i think)

You're my TYM Homeboy for sure, but I have to agree with randomdude on this one. I've always disliked Penguin (except for the Arkham interpretation of him)...but he's too....I want to say cliche but I don't think that's completely what I mean lol....I just think Batman has characters who have a much stronger presence (or should) i.e. Joker, Riddler, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, Bane, Mr. Freeze, etc.

EDIT: Oh, and Hush is amazing as well as the Court of Owls.

Penguin's first apperance was framing Batman and Robin so they'd be out of the way. Penguin's pretty intelligent and crafty.
