Rebel without a scene
I'm going to answer this with a story. I'm in a hard fought battle in the lower level of bat cave as catwoman. Fighting batgirl (fun I know). I have about 15 percent life my BG has about 30percent, not looking good. I'm in the corner near the transition and throw out a yolo low whip that hits. Dash up, go b1 into cat dash to prevent clash, BG doesn't hit clash in time and as the cat dash connects catwoman yells out "bitch!!!" I proceed to b3 BG into the elevator transition for the win. How is that not the coolest character in the game?

Mocking the Killer Frost community is getting too mainstream. I'd only put Killer Frost in F-tier for coolness because of how you have to play with her or rather not play with her because you'll be sitting there watching your opponent do whatever they want

Catwoman, Zatanna and Wonder Woman are S+

Catwoman has probably the best outfit in the entire game, her walk and backdashes are so sassy, she is ratchet af and her win pose is godlike.

Zatanna has an amazing walk, she is sassy, her super is great, her win pose is godlike.

Wonder Woman's outfits (except flashpoint) are all amazing, her lasso is godlike.

Wonder Woman has 1 costume that isn't complete ass. Ironically, it shows off her ass the best.
