Like I'm really starting to question my sanity now. So many people are so hostile for what seems like no reason other than that they fear that other characters will become too powerful...over the what seems like the smallest of suggestions.
What's sad is that these are usually the same people who don't know how to exploit each character's weaknesses, like backdashing Red Hood's gaps or poking out of Flashes 'pressure'. These people are probably the type of people who spent less than a day in the lab with the character and are criticizing the people/communities who actually lab character matchups for hours on end. Then people jump on the witch hunt bandwagon to the next character...all the way until it reaches their own character.
Pretty much every character in this game has their dirt and if they didn't, then the game would just be filled with similar characters with no unique differences and would just be BORING for the game as a whole. Like I feel like some people get caught up in the competition of the game sometimes and forget that at the end of the day, it's still a game (keep in mind I do care about the competitive scene).
Also I don't even want to hear about the downplaying because EVERYONE does it. You're fooling yourself otherwise.
To those of you who do go into other character forums and shit on people suggesting on anything different than what the 'TYM hive mind' thinks of those characters, why can't you just focus on your own character and lab your own MU's instead of pretending to know everything about each character in the game?
