The folks over at Gamereactor UK got a nice interview w/ Brian Goodman of NetherRealm Studios. The beefiest detail of this interview is when Brian discusses the possibility of online modes including possible co-op/multiplayer modes.

"We're going to have a number of single-player modes; we're really trying to round out our offerings for people who enjoy our games as single players. Of course, a whole suite of online modes as well, both competitive and potentially some co-operative modes as well."

I just want to know if Injustice 2 will have more fighting Arenas that Injustice 1 (13 with 2 variations)? This is a sequel and sequels have to bigger than the first one right?

The rest of the game will be awesome regardless.
