Injustice 2 Beta Superman Frame Data Questions

So Breeze and I were playing on the beta, practicing and looking at some of superman's frame data. Now I know it's the beta, and things are subject to change, but some things don't make sense to me. one being that forward 23 is 21 frames? That seems weird. I also find it strange that super breath is now not neutral on block but minus on block. Does anyone have info on this? Is forward 2 trait cancel still +6? If back 2 is 7 frames, why can't it punish another forward 23 after forward 23 breath? thanks in advance everyone! happy beta playing

The F23 frames listed are for the second hit of that string. This means that the 3 after f2 comes out 21 frames after the f2.

Super breath question is confusing to me. They changed the frame data to be -2. What's weird about it?

I don't know about the rest but human error is possible for the punish question. Hope this helps

If more characters were to have the tools to deal with supes F23 shenanigans would F2 really need to be a high? I feel there are a lot of ways that NRS could go about dealing with not just F23 but other long range mid strings.
