I know Cryomancer hammer destroys it, I begun a round the other day with ex-hammer against a guy that I was sure would begin the round with parry and tadaaaa profit.

I'm sure about the meter burn version but not about the normal one.

Normal, Enhanced and even Air Hammer go through it I can confirm that. It might be because of the disjointed hitbox, but the sword attacks don't go through the parry so I'm not sure.
