For those looking to be a "Spectator" of the Evolution World Finals, you would normally have to pay $50 for a Spectator pass, but now and UNTIL THEY SELL OUT, will be only $10! Again, if you need either a Competitor Pass or a Spectator Pass, don't wait!

As you probably know by now, this year’s Evo is certain to be the biggest one ever! While we have traditionally made Evo free to attend, this year’s registration for the tournament have exceeded our expectations. The worst thing that can happen is for someone to come all the way to Las Vegas and be turned away at the door because the seating in the ballroom is over capacity. To prevent that, this year we are selling Spectator passes in addition to Competitor passes. When the capacity of the ballrom is full, we’ll stop selling both passes, so be sure toregister for Evo as soon as possible!
The Evo Expo floor and BYOC are open to the public on Friday and Saturday. If you’re only attending on Friday and Saturday, Evo is free to attend. If you would like to compete in any of the official Evo tournaments or attend the Grand Finals on Sunday, you will need to purchase either a Spectator or a Competitor pass.
Spectator Pass ($10)
- Guaranteed seating in the tournament hall on Sunday for the tournament finals
- Priority seating for all panels Friday and Saturday
Competitor’s Pass ($50)
- Required to enter any of the official Evo tournaments ($10 per tournament)
- Guaranteed seating in the tournament hall on Sunday for the tournament finals
- Priority seating for all panels Friday and Saturday.

We think this is the fairest way to ensure that we don’t exceed our capacity during Sunday’s finals, while still keeping Evo as accessible as possible to all the fans.
For Existing Evo Attendees
If you have already bought a Spectator Pass for $50
- Evo will refund $40 of your Spectator pass cost. Refunds will be going out over the next couple of days. If you haven’t received your refund by May 14th, please email [email protected] and attach your original PayPal receipt
If you have signed up for a tournament and want to switch to just a Spectator Pass
- Email [email protected] and let us know that you want to drop out of all the tournaments and buy a Spectator Pass instead.
- Evo will refund your tournament fees and an additional $40 to change your pass from a Competitor Pass to a Spectator Pass.
