I agree KI netcode is really good. (though its seemed to take a slight dip after this last patch for some people)
IGAU wasn't as bad as everyone thinks though. I trained online with Newbiesauce and a bunch of other guys to learn matchups and gained alot from it. It was far from unplayable.

I love how you say now that the holidays are over, you have time to play video games. It's usually the other way around for adults... interesting.

Over the holidays I was getting my casual game fill on the new console.
Playing through AC4, playing ghosts with my lady, some madden, etc. Just kind of enjoying the next gen graphics and fooling around. I was also visiting with family and girlfriends family and all that so I didn't have time to spend hours and hours in the lab grinding a new game and I really didn't want to yet.

After the holidays now that I'm back to normal with my work schedule I just kind of go back to: [wake up, work, lunch, practice for an hour, work, go home, practice after work, eat, spend time with my lady, practice, bed]. Repeat 5x then on the weekends It depends. Sometimes ill lab all day, sometimes I won't touch my xbox all weekend.

Holidays are a nice break from FG practice.

Just wondering if anyone else here wants to train with me online or offline at GGA. Don't really know who plays seriously. But I'd rather grind with the guys I know over here then the bajillions of people I don't know on SRK.

I don't care if you body me or I body you or whatever, just playing to learn right now.

Igau netcode was definitely functional especially for learning MUs. I'm still salty from training online and getting bodied at my first regional because I couldn't adjust to the timing quick enough. I did fine later in the evening after hours of casuals.

I'll add people in this thread. I just started learning this game, but I still have fundamentals and my te2 should be here this week!

Add me up, Getting serious about this game now that I'm getting a stick tomorrow. the Pad is very hard for me to use, not the Dpad even, it's having normals on the shoulder buttons, I've always hated that, to many years of instinctivly thinking it's a Block button.

I will be playing at least 4 days a week from now on. that goes for anyone else that wants to add for games, just message, if i'm not already playing someone else or being a Pirate I will play games, the GRIND IS REAL!!
