Ideal safety test / punish moves

What are some of the reversal moves best suited for testing safety and string gaps with? The Lao Hat Spin and SZ slide of the game.

There is a lot going on in the game to sift through, and I think asking is going to be a lot faster than hunting.

Robin db2 for specials
Any 6 frame starter for blockstrings

thanks for the input. Any particular reason for Robin's db2? It looks like it's 9 frames. I've been using Wonder Woman's bf3 which is a fast advancing 8 frame mid. Firestorm has near identical thing going on.

I'm still a long way off of knowing what everyone has.

Cheetah's DP is 8 frames and forward advancing a little bit. Could be fairly useful.

I've been using Atrocitus' charge to test wakeups. 9f and seems very invincible.
