I disagree. I always liked MK for its original characters that are of real origins, but look nothing like it. For example, Liu Kang - shaolin, but never bald with a tunic, Scorpion - ninja, but never wearing only black and shooting stars, also never looked extremely like a scorpion, except Injustice design, which was not NRS original. And so on. I hope Erron isn't from a cowboy super race or some shit.

I want to add also that Goro is half dragon, but he doesn't have scales or wings or horns. Instead he has four arms which don't relate to a dragon at all but it some how fits the race

Fact: with the technical exception of Smoke being from Spain, and the likely exception of Mavado who next to no one cared about...MK has never had a legitimate token Latino warrior. Ever.

Wasn't Smoke Czech though?
