Tony just a FYI, the 2nd net to stand them up on the bomb does not work online. NRS listed this as one of Cyrax's fixes in the latest patch. I know it works in practice mode, but I tried it online and my opponent just stood on top of the bomb and did not pop up when it exploded.

The thing that pisses me off the most is that i was preparing for a life after resets, and had like 10 one bar 50%+ non-resets to unveil, but now it's like fuck it, change of plan once again.

Thats with the wall im guessing? In that case you can make it 80%! Instead of doing 3,3,4 at the end , do uf+4, d+2. The combo will do 80% with 1 bar.

But you move them away from the wall, right?

For 2% I'd rather keep them in the corner and finish them off with traps. Most of what I use usually ends with the opponent in the corner.

I also like to end it with 33net, then 123saw. You get enough push back to give out the same type of pressure Sub Zero gives with his corner clones.

When you do the far bomb, make sure you back dash. Basically you delay the bbf4 by back dashing into the far bomb, then you dash forward into 123 close bomb.

Dont Do the Far bomb method! Its slightly harder. Use the medium bomb.


uf+2, 2,1~net, uf+2, 2,1~EXbomb, midbomb, 1,2,3~close bomb, net, u+2, b+2, 1,2,1~ragdoll+throw.... 75%


To make the 1,2,3 work off the medium bomb, just do a slight dash in as your doing the medium bomb. Also make sure you hit the 1,2,3 kind of low.

This method is much easier then the far bomb method.

If your not sure about what i mean when doing a slight dash in as you do medium bomb, then you can look at this..

at 51 seconds the combo starts and at 56 is where i do the small dash foward..

i been working on uf+2, 2,1~net, uf+2, 2,1~EXbomb, midbomb 1 dash 33 closebomb after that im stuck any ideas off of this? net does not seem to work for me so after there hit with the 2nd bomb im trying other things but nothing to give me big damage.

just tested everything just now...wow man cyrax really got buffed, ythey kept his resets and added the buzzsaw overhead...can we ask for anything else? lol

I just found a new bomb trap and it works fantastic! It does 67% altogether using only 1 bar and its even tricky to enhance out of!

Even if they fix the new reset, this bomb trap should still work.

Not sure if i should post it or hold out for a vid. hmmm
