1. first comboscaling issue:

242,run,1,f42L1 =24% and 29% in V2(iceweapon) =5%more
qcf2,uf1,242,run,1,f42L1 =24% and 23%(!) in V2(iceweapon) =1%less ...
the scaling/hits just delete the dmg on (f42)L1 in V2
V2 should always do more damage

2. next topic:
f122 =10dmg V2 iceweapon
242 =14dmg

i see no reason to do f122 - this move is useless and that is bad game-design
242 is a 9f Move
and f122 is a 14f move
so 242 is more dmg and faster(as punisher)
you can say 242 is -14 and f122 -8 BUT a good player never throws these moves out beside filler and punisher
the damage should be 18 and it would fit to the variation in damage.
(with that change it would be a better filler 2% more dmg i guess do to the scaling - as a punisher just bad but it has at least one spot for use)

do you also think they should change this both topics or did i miss something important here?

ps: tom even you said on stream that v2 is on your last place. (your order v1,v3,v2) so this changes could help and underline the variation in dmg
