Human Smoke Combo

Is there a trick to doing his B-A pop up, roundhouse then teleport cause i can neva do it for some reason. I can do any and every other combo he has but this one particular one is beyond me. If someone could help i'd greatly appreciate it

I think this has been discussed before because I remember saying who it's possible on, but I'm not 100% it was here. If anyone knows the thread post it. In any event, this combo is demonstrated in his character guide:

As for timing, you want to hit the RH as high and far away as possible, and then pause before doing the teleport punch. Depending how much you pause will dictate whether it will knock them to the center, or off the screen.
