As I said before...a power grappling Mongul is a great idea for a character. One with cybernetics is also a very cool way to spin it. However, Hsu Hao was barely any sort of character design at all in his last incarnation. You'd have to start over completely and HEAVILY emphasize Mongolian stuff this time around. last time he was just a shirtless dude with a really crappy "cyborg" job and a hat. Mongolian designs are pretty freakin complex and to pull them off takes far more detail than Hsu Hao managed.
