Hsu Hao in MK11... when?

I know, most of us wanna our favorite characters back - Smoke, Noob Saibot, Rein, Hsu Hao, Jade.
From last rumors from twitter, Hsu Hao is 99% confirmed and hundreds of his fans is gonna mad from happiness,
But, main question, mr. Boon - WHEN? In main roster or in DLC? Or, maybe as secret character?
As big fan of Hsu Hao, i wanna receive him in main roster, but, for justice, we must make a poll to make decision

Perhaps not surprisingly, when information about Mortal Kombat (2011) came out, it was stated that Hsu Hao (as well as Chameleon) would not appear in that game.

Because he secretly knows the truth but since he is in denial that Hsu Hao was the worst character to ever grace MK, this vote option is kept as secret, but you can still access it by not voting.
