Also wouldn't Liu Kang's EX Windmill Punch in Flame Fist be a good reversal for OS'ing the rekkas?

So I did a bit more labbing on the rekka OS'ing and unless I'm forgetting some kind of criteria, Tarkatan is able to block 13 frame reversals after a delayed 2nd rekka with no gap. 12 frame reverals seems to be the slowest he is unable to block without gaps.
