I usually go into the lab to practice some of my character's BnB's for about a good 5-10 minutes. (Sometimes I'll spend 15-20 with my secondary along) then I'll lab counters for characters I haven't quite figured out how to fight/handle and look over frame data which can be from 5-20 minutes usually which I do after I find something I'm not sure of when I play a few matches.
