So, a new game is out. We are all doing our best to learn how to fight every character, and play our own character. So I am curious, how does everyone learn MUs?
Personally, I do it from this:
Learn the character's combos first, and get the feel for him.
Look at the notable strings first. See what I can punish, what is safe, then what is plus.
After, I look to see how I should block. Example: Is it OH, LOW? Mid, high? Low, low? Etc.
After I like to look at the special moves and what connects, what it is on block, and if I can fuzzy them with pressure.
Ok, that is what I do in order right off the bat for every character. Later in the games I go more in depth with the character and lab different options in certain situations. For example, With Dr Fate: I had trouble getting around his zoning, so I tried many options around him with black adam on every projectile.
