Its like, you work hard, do setups, reads and in the end, it doesn't even matter because the cheese that superman has just fucking wrecks everything you throw out. After all, this game is called "Injustice"
XBLYou seid u play online? XBL OR PSN?
if you dont have the tools, you must make superior use of universal commands. that means moving better, reading better, reacting better.
Well if you head over to the deathstroke kano thread, you will see a 20 page discussion on how the other top tiers avoided the nerf bat despite some needing it (Superman)Its like, you work hard, do setups, reads and in the end, it doesn't even matter because the cheese that superman has just fucking wrecks everything you throw out.
God forbid them to be on your skill level, then its a massacre.
I don't mind superman being cheapasaurus, if Bane and Joker worked better. Jokers 212 should be a fucking mid like it says. Banes debuff needs tweaking. He needs better frame data too.Well if you head over to the deathstroke kano thread, you will see a 20 page discussion on how the other top tiers avoided the nerf bat despite some needing it (Superman)
Not good advice. The only thing the A.I on very hard does is react to your inputs. All you can learn from th A.I on very hard is to block certain things and play defense, But you won't learn about your opponents frame traps or shenanigans. The A.I on very hard Superman won't do f23-breath and backdash, then whiff punish you for example. You can get immensely better against your worst matchups by playing single battles against them and setting the AI intelligence to medium, hard or very hard (depending on your skill level) I guarantee that the AI will give you a extreme challenge or ass wiping!
Most importantly, it uses most of the dirty tricks a online player would. Basically, it does prepare you and teaches you what to expect and how to adjust accordingly.
Maybe not good advice for you, I've actually learned quite a lot from single player battles. As far as frame trap and situational experiences you speak of - that's what practice mode is for. You can recreate the shenanigans/frame traps and go through it over and over in there. Not good advice. The only thing the A.I on very hard does is react to your inputs. See now thats good advice! I too have learned a few tricks from the A.I but nothing too significant.Maybe not good advice for you, I've actually learned quite a lot from single player battles. I mentioned the single player because it gives the full picture of what said character can do (not focusing only on gimmicks) but the full spread of a characters abilities/combos. Though you may dislike it, SP is a good primer, it has educated myself and others whom I know that use it as well.
This is what I came to say. Sometimes I lose the 1st or 2nd match but after that I see their tendencies and patterns and adjusted. It usually goes something like I'm down 0-2, down 1-3, tied 3-3, up 4-3, up 6-3 or 7-3, they back out.I usually loose the first match, maybe the second as well. By then I have figured out the patterns those players like to use and found a way to severely punish them. See, that's the problem with online warriors using superior characters. They don't learn the game. They just repeat the same routine over and over again. Once you figure them out they are unable to adapt and usually rage quit after realizing that their simple game plan doesn't work anymore. Against a good Superman or Batman you just loose with certain characters. That's why you need to have two main characters that cover each others bad match-ups if you don't want to use high tier characters that can beat everyone else.
Oh how little you know.Oh how little you know.
His batarangs hit twice. So you need at least venom 2.
Oh but wait, he can MB on reaction for 3 hits. So, you need level 3.
Oh but wait, he has a parry... which fucks over level 3. And his trait can do 1 at a time, so hes constantly chucking shit at you which you can't get through.
How about you don't waste my time and tell me what you think I said wrong.Oh how little you know.
Come to the Bane forums and arm yourself with knowledge instead of clothing yourself in ignorance.
I don't see how telling you to come to the forum for a character you use and are incorrect about would be "wasting your time", in fact it would be quite a good means of which to spend your time if you really wish to know how us "low tier people deal with superman/batman online".How about you don't waste my time and tell me what you think I said wrong.

I already implied what you said was wrong. Also I don't see you being in any position to command me to stop posting.Tell me what I said was wrong, or stop posting.
Oh wow, I thought you were a condescending Bane player who was pretending it was easy to get in. In reality, its harder and worse than how I described it.I already implied what you said was wrong. Also I don't see you being in any position to command me to stop posting.
If you want to know why you are wrong, look into it yourself. What I highlighted in red when I quoted you would probably good hints on exactly where you should look into first.
