I'm sorry but theres absolutely no way this is a 5-5.

Supermans blockstrings are so safe that Sinestro simply has no answer up close. F23 into breath gives him advantage, that leads to another fucking F23.

Its almost a block infinite considring how sinestro has such slow ass strings.

Does Sinistro have access to a backdash?

Got to reiterate this because I just keep fucking losing as Sinestro. I do fine as Aquaman, and Black Adam but sinestro has no options against this guys pressure in mid screen and especially in the corner. Sinestro can't fucking get out of the corner.

Does he have access to push block?
Tell me, at sweep range, who is at advantage, sinestro with his advancing negative high start up strings? Or superman with his safe strings and air dash?

If only push block went full screen... but it doesn't.

Push block goes farther than sweep range.

I know, but superman has more options at that range. Its better than constant block strings and mix ups, but its not much better.

I honestly can't add much more than just pushblock, poke with d1 between strings if possible(not after super breath, I don't trust anything to hit superman after that). And I suppose get really familiar with the range of b1

I'm an online warrior and pretty much anybody online gets blown up by normal fireballs and punishes.. =/
Hopefully somebody in my scene picks up aquaman and superman so i can learn to play against those two

Any B1 string is unsafe against him and his insanely fast strings.

Use f2d1 and b21. Second hit is low and it has good range. If blocked safe option is df2xxMB (unblocable and sending them fullscreen). Sinestro has good tools, u have to find a way to use them properly.

I try my darned hardest, but their start up is much higher than the F2 he uses. Its just not possible. D1 is my only option and that only goes so far.

B12 can be ducked.
For a safe string, use f2d1. It can be canceled into shackles at any range where the d1 hits.

Your best bet against him in the corner is be patient, push block, d1 poke and MB b3.
Also MB interactable if it's there.

I realize that u have problems with reading ur oponent. If so just b3xxMb full combo punish or reset him. Its always good to have a trait cuz it can save your ass even if someone is jumping at you. Unlike than MK9 here is a very easy to get away from the corner with armor or pushblock.

Been trying all your tips but you can't ever get your trait up because a good superman is always in your face.

You must be facing zoning supermen or something. I can't for the life of me get a good superman off me. Sinestro doesn't have the tools. He might win against a zoner, but he can't win against one that stays in your face. And its pretty easy to get in on sinestro with an air dash.
Which superman are you playing thats giving u trouble?
 
does D1 have more priority than f2? it becomes an even timed move if the superman player ends in breath(d1= 7 frame startup, f2= 8 frame start up but super breath from previous string leaves at +1) so is it something you have to do before the f2,3 pressure starts or is it something you can throw out after a blocked f2,3 breath?
