3.5. Basic Differentiation Properties (Derivatives of Constants, Power Forms, and
Sums)
3.6 Differentials

4.1 The Constant e and Continuous Compound Interest
4.2 Derivatives of Logarithmic and Exponential Functions
4.3 Derivative of Products and Quotients
4.4 Chain Rule

So guys this is what my midterm is going to be on, this Tuesday lets hope I can understand it clearly, if you know any tips let me know!

Only about 10 questions, so about 17 with subset questions and I'll post anything here that I don't understand that cool?

We get negative points for answering wrong, so it's better not to answer.

This stuff is actually quite easy. Once you learn it once, it'll be second nature. I would teach you, but ya boi has 4 midterms next week.
Something that you NEED to know is derivative functions.
I'll start very basic, and you can ask any questions about it.
Standard derivative:
f(x) = 5x - 7
f`(x) = 5
To the double prime:
f(x) = 3x^2 - 9x + 14
f`(x) = 6x - 9
f``(x) = 6
To the triple prime:
f(x) = 2x^3 + 4x^2 - x + 41
f`(x) = 8x^2 + 8x - 1
f``(x) = 16x + 8
f```(x) = 16

I'm reviewing the material before all this stuff so at least I'll have a refresher on my algebra, I TBH, I have no idea what you're doing. I understand functions when there is a number you feed, tho. Catching up. I'll keep updated.

Is it even worth reviewing past material, I know it, I just am not 100% confident in equations and it's properties and stuff since last time I did math was in 09.

And of course the general formula for deriving terms
Ie. f(x) = a.x^n
f'(x) = na.x^(n-1)
