Honeybee and Biohazard’s MK11 tier list

So on this tier list, nobody is below B tier. Thoughts?

I get shivers whenever I hear people talk about Cassie in the S tier. I don't wanna believe it, but it really could be true. A guy on my team here uses her and she's just insanely good. Then again I play dvorah, so everyone seems insanely good.

This is why I wish people would just do straight forward ABCDE tier list. All the strength levels are relative, there's no point in having three different variations of S and A tier. It confuses the issue and makes it seem like a "B" tier character isn't seriously struggling, when in fact everyone from A tier down is 9 of the bottom 10 and for the most part are pretty outclassed by the rest of the cast.
