yes for the most part but not off of the 112 ender. you will get hit by the HTB setup even after delayed wake up

Quick stands also have the risk of wakeups attacks or crossovers(unless ex rocket is used) if wakeup is not delayed, so you can't abuse them.
You can also do this by expending one bar

If they don't roll away midscreen, this can also be done

I found out if Cassie does 112 regular rocket in the corner, Mileena can just tech roll and full combo punish it with roll. So if any character has a fast wake up that change their position (to dodge the rocket), Cassie can't abuse that anymore
