I considered Mk3/Umk3 Cyrax a pseudo grappler. He could do a lot of damage off his pile driver bounce throw, especially in mk3. It's one of the reasons I liked him in those games even though he was low tier. (I was rewarded for being loyal to him in mk9, however).
