On the topic of BG...

Batgirl isn't as easy a character to play as popular opinion suggests. It's obviously a lot easier once she's got the vortex going but outside that, actually getting it going in the first place, it isn't so easy. I think there's a few reasons people don't play her:
1. They're more comfortable playing their own character and they're used to that characters playstyle.
2. They'd rather just play the actual best character which is Martian, who is also in my opinion easier to play.
3. They just assume she's easy like most people and when they go to pick her up they realise it's not so easy and go back to their own character.

Also, people have to understand that the idea of Fox being the only one placing with her is, for one thing, because he's the only Batgirl that can make it to all these tournaments in the first place. The other BG mains on TYM don't/can't go to tournaments that often. Also, of course, he's placing because he's a skilled player though. It's one thing to turn up and play her but another to play her and win. Chris G and fLoE tried to use Batgirl and look where they ended up. You have to know how to play Batgirl properly to win any matches with her, and they lacked the matchup knowledge and overall knowledge of the character to win. They both had, honestly and unfortunately, shit Batgirls that got destroyed because they just didn't know what they were doing and thought "oh braindead vortex this character's easy". Well she's not
