Weekly #50 is a milestone for local FCG events. And we are still going strong with over 10 players almost every week. This week we had 13 players, though BLTMr.Nauj & Jermaine were late so they started in losers. And even after two years we still have new players finding our local. This time Chris joined our ranks with his Inferno/Hellfire combo. Though he's green, he has the determination to improve!
Actually, SWM500Magnum was late too. The bracket was busted. But that allowed a major upset when JD defeated Henzzar in a wire to wire set. It had been a long time since we saw JD play with the confidence and poise that he did. He could antiair, adapt, convert, and MIX. His efforts landed him third place.
Much like Shang Tsung himself, the power of the goatee was with him. Henzzar was not dead. He ran it back old school and annihilated Goodbear, PoserPaul, BLTMr.Nauj, and JD in the runback and ATP twice in Grand Finals!
