dont see the problem? I think it whiffs if you hit b3 on max range, other than that, this shouldnt be to hard to do, if you are not playing online xD

Damn that must have been the problem.

Run cancel after the b3. At max range it is much harder to hit depending on the opponent but in normal range there shouldn't be an issue doing it this way.

Also, if you have meter and are hesitant that f2 will hit, then you can imply do EN df2 instead and get a full combo:
b3, EN df2, NjP, f221+3 xx bf1 = 31%

It's too hard to capitalize on it IMO. It's -11 on block, comes out slowly, and it's hard to follow up.

Good to have up your sleeve but don't rely on it online too much...
