Help Please! Trying to get some Stick Artwork

Hey guys, I've been trying for the longest time to get these to mesh and I just can't do it with the programs I've got on my computer if someone could help me out that would be awesome. I'm trying to marry these two photos together. I'm trying to make a ninja stick.

Hows this? If you have photoshop I could just upload the .psd and you could drag him around and resize him all you want.
