I like infinite but, as with other shooters, I am really tired of shitty SBMM. Not because of my opponents but rather my booger eating smooth brained teammates always ruining the experience.

And it ruins the random fun factor. Like running into a real badass or just dunking on everyone. Punishes you for being too good and makes learning less rewarding

In truth, I've found for many years now private games with friends is the way to go.

I used to host Halo sessions from The Master Chief Collection during the pandemic as well, all Firefight. Was some really good times.
