I use:

Carbine
Plasma Pistol
Plasma Grenades
Thruster Pack
Mobility
Dexterity

I like to play fast lol and the plasma pistol + carbine combo is amazing. Can kill anyone at any range (Far = Carbine, Mid = Plasma Pistol + Carbine, Close = Plasma Pistol+Melee or Melee+Carbine). I'm not sure how useful Thruster Pack is though, I usually use it to escape when I'm being shot at.

This! 1-50 Rank, campaign missions felt epic, none of the Reach/H4 random AA and ordenance nonsense, perfect Halo game right there.

I kinda hate that you can't save Spartan Ops or Campaign clips...they kinda went backwards with that one.

And the loadout thing...i really don't have a go to loadout, i have one for every gametype map variation i play. For example if i were playing Dominion exile it would be BR, Boltshot, Camo, Frags, Grenadier, Explosions. Now if it were the same map on lets say slayer, i'd go with DMR, Boltshot, Frags, Jetpack/Shield/Regen, Dexterity and i think ordenance priority don't remember. I just wish it could be more than just 5 loadouts.

QFT...i poured countless man hours to that game on the PC. Without that game i'd never become the halo freak that i am. Dat Blood Gulch CTF!!! I was soooo disappointed when i heard that the CE: Anniversary's MP was gonna be Reach's MP. That game online with today's graphics

I loved Halo 3 cuz there weren't armor abilities, the maps were amazing, you could ninja, you could be elites, there were weapons and equipment on the map that both teams had to race to, and dual wielding (my favorite).

You used to be able to look at your account on bungie.net but since they turned 343 idk if you still can look there or not.

It fires faster, so if your accuracy is on point then it kills faster than the DMR (according to one post on gamefaqs). Carbine = 1.3 secs, DMR = 1.6 I believe. Also if you melee someone then it's easier to get that last headshot kill since it fires so fast. I just like using it because no one else uses it and it takes more skill to use.

You can still ninja in H4, it's just harder.In fact, at launch date I was ninja-ing EVERYBODY.Less now 'cause people realize that a random guy looking down not doing anything else is a bait to get absolutely RAPED.But I get creative and is still able to pull it off

I did play halo online on xbconnect, a program wich made u able to play vs other xboxes online.
Back then it was sweet.
I dont know if u know those oldschool players but strangepuprle and darkman where my idols back in the halo:ce days.Im not sure if they still play but i knew that they didnt like halo 2 that much because so much difference with the original game, but it was hype.

BTw any of the oldschool players remember darkman or strangepurple?
