You've got D'Vorah and Kollector too high IMO, even at 20 and 18. Those are two ugly characters and will be scarcely played online regardless of how good they are at tournament level. Also you probably don't quite get how popular Jade is if you think she'll be down at 21.

But generally speaking the order seems reasonable.

Idk, I think Kollector is pretty popular on twitter, I think he'll find a fan base. As for D'Vorah, I'm happy to put her lower as I hate her, but I was trying not to be biased.

Jade, I was going by what I heard a lot throughout the beta which was that she was boring. Not sure how many casuals are up for playing a turtle character.
