Hi there. I'm new to the site, I've already done some posting. I didn't notice the introduction thread until now.
I'm a 31 year old guy from the Netherlands. I've been into fighting games since MK1 and SF2 but only since SSF4 I've been playing at a more technical level. That is to say, I'm doing more research on the characters and game mechanics. I've only had one friend who was actually any competition with regard to fighting games until I started playing online, which was at the time of SSF4. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an active fighting game community here so I have to do most of my learning in training mode and online.
I've already found lots of useful information here and hope I'll also be able to contribute in some way or another.
