Watch the gif carefully, CDjr jumps well the camera is still lingering on the floor, and it resets and hes already mid jump.
Basically you can move around during the last bit of the cinematic camera.

I'd imagine that will be removed, or atleast being able to move while still technically in the cinematic. Who knows he might still be able to combo off it in the final version. And I gotta agree this is my favorite super so far.

You can combo off of it pretty easy. I wonder if its intended to hit OTG or if it only works because the wakeup mechanics are not implemented.

Hard to say, it looked to me like Catwoman was about to get up before the explosive arrow went off and the super started.
