Match-up Discussion Green Arrow help

I can't seem to beat a good Green Arrow. His arrows keep me away to the point that I can't even get close enough to get hits in. Any suggestions for getting in close enough with out getting blasted constantly by arrows?

When he changes arrows you can punish on reaction with FtD. You can also trade with any shot with FtD as well.
