Question - Sub-Zero Got the game early, q&a about Subzero moveset etc(no story spoilers)

Yo guys, I just got the game from a local retailer here in Greece and as a Subzero main, i entered the lab to check his moveset, combos etc. If you have any questions and I can answer them, feel free to ask.

If im breaking any posting rules of TYM because i have the game early, then plz delete my thread and im sorry in advance.

So far i have experimented with his cryomancer variation and it seems to me that its pretty solid.

Best strings range wise I believe are the f4,2 and his 1,2. Especially the f4,2 string covers a very good amount of screen space.

His slide has about 2 characters of screen space carry to the corner. As an ender i have some problems so far while the opponent is in jungle state. The slide comes out so fast that Sub goes under the opponent.

Also startup of Ice Klone is 7 frames and his ex version is 5 frames

Also his most damaging combo that i have found so far is 12 hits 36% damage with 1 meter.

Both of those strings are cancelable with specials so yeah you can combo start easily.

The go-to combo starter at least in cryomancer variation is his f1,2,2. It causes a pop up so you can follow up easily.

ex Ice Klone is +12 on block and his Klone toss is +2 on block

if you mean the one that stabs the opponent with his ice knives then yeah its blockable

His Ice aura makes him immune to chip damage, if you do the ex version then he has damage reduction. Damage reduction on a standing 4 move is from 7% down to 4.6%

Also the startup frames of the aura are 0

in order to pull of the command throw you have to complete the whole string which is f4,2,1+3(throw input). Its 7 hits for 24% damage

Does he have any good hit-confirmable strings that can be special canceled? Whats the start-up/cancel advantage on them if they provide that frame data?

What is the frame data on his ice burst?

Ice burst is 22 frames startup and 14 frames the ex version. Also the ex version pops the opponent but he travels far away so i cant find any follow ups after it. ill try to find more stuff though.
