If you get the time id like to know these 3 baraka related things

1. Is his fatal blow overhead or mid (was overhead at reveal event but mid in beta even though still said overhead in frame data)

2. Does b3-blood lunge still tick throw on blocking opponent?

3. Are f212/2 1+3 still both +1 on block?

@TrulyAmiracle @Prateek Shekhar If you can record videos of characters' frame data, that would be an enormous help (especially Shao Kahn...). I'm also just super curious about Shao Kahn's specials and variations, so any info you can provide would be enormously appreciated.
