The 3 in 213 is an overhead so you can do 213 or 21~MB ground blast.

213~MB ground blast, ff, f213~bf3 (you have to charge the lazer and stall the meter burn until they land. if they block the 3, backdash out of the lazer)

21~MB ground blast, j3, f213~bf3

There are probably better combos for this, but I really don't use it a lot. Check SimSim's combo thread.

Yeah but that isn't a true 50/50 since you can block high then low. I will check SimSims thread out though thank you for the help.

Not really a true mix up but w trait cancels you could call it a true mix up
