I'm rusty at a few, but I could still probably beat Contra arcade, Double Dragon, and most fighting games like MK1-UMK3, SF2 (WW-Super Turbo), and I'm working slowly but surely on Salamander 2 (1st loop). Maybe more, but I'm forgetful in my old age.

To this day, when I play SF2:CE, SF2:Hyper Fighting, and SSF2 (Not ST)... if I so much as lose a SINGLE ROUND, I walk away from the game.

MK2 is stupid easy to beat on one credit also.

Excellent topic. I did 1943, Ikari Warriors, Solar Warrior, Karnov, Black Tiger, Rastan, and many others. I used to be able to play indefinitely on Gauntlet and Galaga(using the 1/2 bug trick). Rush'n Attack, Choplifter also fell under my watch. I destroyed most of these games before I was 14. Should include games impossible to complete with a quarter.

i understood "one credit" in the OP as "one continue", which is, like, 3 or 5 deaths on default setting. as i said, there are parts on hard where i always lost too many lives to make it through w/ no continues, but on normal, it's not that hard if you have finished it multiple times already and know the patterns & enemies.

My bad misunderstood, I just know I played that game and beat it probably a good 30 tmes since it was awesome, I have seen a youtube video I beleive of not dying but that guy had to have played it at least a few hundred times to know where every bullet was going to be. Still one credit is pretty impressive I always had to cheat in some way to beat it lol.
