So since he's finally returning to Mortal Kombat as a playable character, let's just throw out some ideas. Here's my ultimate one to start off with:
An open hand chop to the throat, to make opponent choke, then (grab by the throat potentially to open mouth wide and) send wind down the mouth. Opponent is visibly choking. Fujin moves away while going into a spiritual state, his back turned or at least not watching his victim, slowly moving his arms to send body parts in opposite directions, slowly muscles tearing to the finale of limbs & head being ripped off.
