From what MK game should NRS continue DLC?

Can we add an option "None".

There's only a very few characters that I'd be ok with, but most of the ones 4 and after are forgettable.

none of those. it should be from mk1-mk3. any mk4+ character should be in mk10 (with the exclusion of kenshi, quan chi and maybe tanya, fujin and/or havik of course). Any other they should hold on to them until mk10.
