Freddy Krueger not downloading

Okay when I bought Freddy to download him from the PSN store, I noticed the file was only 100KB versus the others which were all 67MB or bigger. Sure enough, I go in the game, and.....nothing.

I noticed others encountered this problem, minus the 100KB thing. Deleting and redownloading didn't work. Is there anything that I can do about this. Does the technical support team operate on nights and weekends? (I work 9-5 m-f, so I can't call during the day).

Idk much about the ps3 but is there a way you could delete the compatibility patch and redownload it?

yea listen to colt. just keep pressing left in the DLC area, freddy will then pop up..

Yep... for a split second I did a "wtf?" then I did an "ahh". lol

The max the DLC box shows I think is 4, it supports scrolling then for up a max of a bajillion characters.

Yeah, except, it plainly gave me the wrong file, there is no "fix", I just wanna know how I can get ahold of technical support so that I can get the PSN store to link me the correct file. 100KB is clearly NOT Freddy when the others were well over 60MB each. I did try it, just to be sure, but yeah.

It is 100kb... On PSN at least the mandatory compatibility pack patch 1.04 (or w/e it is) included freddy the 100kb file just unlocks him. I don't know how the store works but I'm pretty sure one person doesn't just get the wrong file lol.
