Frame Data: Block High vs. Block Low

So in MK9 some moves, such as d1 or d3, had different block advantages depending if they were blocked high or low. Close up or far away too (projectiles).

I cannot tell in this game for sure. But I think generally if you block something low you will recover faster than had you blocked it high. I am basing this off of certain moves block animations... but it would be great if someone could confirm.

There is still a lot of important information about the frame data we still do not know. IE: Dashing, Jumping, Dash recovery, holes in strings etc...
